Welcome to VoltsBook, a product of Volts Consulting (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VoltsBook platform, including all associated features, content, and services (collectively, “VoltsBook” or “Services”).
By using VoltsBook, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

3. Description of Services
VoltsBook provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users (“Tenants” or “You”) to:
- Create and manage an appointment booking system.
- Build and customize a basic web page for their business using predefined templates.
- Manage client information and booking schedules.
- Access additional marketing, automation, and CRM tools (where applicable).
VoltsBook acts solely as a service provider. We do not participate in any transactions or bookings between tenants and their customers.
4. User Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable laws.
There is no strict age restriction, but minors must use the service under adult supervision.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the content uploaded, including images (only JPG and PNG formats allowed) and textual content for your business page.
- All submitted content is subject to manual review before publication.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must use VoltsBook in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Pricing and Subscription
VoltsBook is a paid platform with a free trial available.
- Subscription plans are offered on a monthly and annual basis.
- Pricing details are listed on the VoltsBook website and may be updated with notice.
- Free trial users will automatically move to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
7. Refund Policy
- Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds after payment is processed.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are available within the first 14 days of purchase only.
- After the refund period, all sales are final.
- Users are responsible for canceling subscriptions before renewal to avoid additional charges.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
- Upload harmful or illegal content.
- Remain inactive for more than 6 months (in free trial accounts).
Upon termination, all user data may be deleted permanently.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volts Consulting shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill.
- Any disputes arising between you and your customers.
Our maximum total liability under these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the past 12 months.
10. Data Collection and Privacy
- We collect user information, including but not limited to, business names, emails, phone numbers, and usage analytics.
- We do not sell personal information to third parties.
- Data is used internally for service improvements, marketing, and customer support.

11. Use of Third-Party Services
VoltsBook integrates with third-party payment processors, including Stripe, Mollie, PayPal, and Square.
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
We will notify users via email or platform announcements regarding any significant changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
