09:12 A booking arrives
Somebody picks a time you are actually free.
Six things decide whether a slot appears: your opening hours, each person’s own hours, the service’s rules, holidays, blocked time, and whatever is already in the book. A time shows up only when all six agree — which is why nobody is ever double-booked into the same chair.
Any staff, or a name
Let the system offer whoever is free soonest, or let a regular ask for Dana specifically.
Buffers are held
The fifteen minutes after a colour is part of the booking, so the next customer cannot take it.
Their language, your prices
Six languages, your currency, and every time shown in the zone the customer is standing in.
09:14 The deposit clears
Take a deposit and the nine o’clock turns up.
A no-show is not a gap in the diary. It is a slot you turned other people away from. Ask for part of the price when they book — set per service, so it sits on the all-day job and stays off the quick one.

10:30 The book fills up
Two chairs, three staff, four rooms — it still adds up.
Everyone keeps their own hours, their own services and their own days off. A treatment you only offer on Thursdays has its own week. Group classes count heads.
Google and Outlook sync both ways, so a dentist appointment in someone’s personal calendar closes the slot here without anyone remembering to block it.
How scheduling works11:00 What it talks to
It fits the tools you already run on.
Mail through Gmail or your own server. Calendars both ways with Google and Outlook. Texts through Twilio, on our numbers or your own account. Nothing here is a screenshot of a roadmap — each one is connected from the settings screen.
How messaging works
12:00 Your price list
Pick your trade. The prices are already written.
Nine trades arrive set up — services, durations, prices, opening hours and a first team member. This is the real menu each one creates. Change anything, delete anything.
Small cars
Medium cars
Large cars
Ceramic coating
8 services, priced, with opening hours and a first team member — created when you choose “Auto detailing” at signup. Change or delete any of it.
16:40 They pay and leave
The invoice, the repeat, and the reason they come back.
A proper invoice
Five designs, your logo, generated from the appointment’s own price lines — so it can never disagree with what was sold.
A course of six
Sell a block of sessions and the system counts them down. Never overdrawn, never restored into existence.
Points on every visit
Loyalty that spends after tax, so you are not remitting VAT on money nobody handed you.
Commission, settled
Per person, reconciled inside the payment itself — and clawed back proportionally if you refund.
17:00 The night before
The reminders go out without you typing them.
Twenty messages are written already — booked, reminders at 24 hours, 6 hours and 1 hour, rescheduled, cancelled, paid, follow-up. Email and text, for the customer and for your staff.
They are switches, not homework. Turn one on and it sends. Every text is budgeted to a single segment, so a reminder costs one message and not three.

MONTHLY What it costs
Free forever. Pay when it pays you back.
Fourteen days with everything switched on, and no card to begin. What each plan includes is read from the plans themselves, so this table cannot promise a feature your account does not get.
Plans are on the sign-up page
We could not read the live plan catalog when this page was built, and we would rather show you nothing than a price that might be wrong. The current plans are shown when you start an account, before anything is charged.

The questions everyone asks.
- Can I move my existing bookings across?
- Yes. Coming from another booking system or an older VoltsBook, your customers, services, staff and appointment history import with their original booking numbers intact — so the number a regular quotes on the phone still finds them.
- Will my customers need an app?
- No. They open a link and book in a browser. Nothing to install and no account required, though they can make one to manage their own bookings.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The free plan stays free, and the fourteen-day trial of everything needs no card either.
- Can I take payment in person instead?
- Yes. Cash, card machine, bank transfer or cheque are all recorded against the appointment, so the day’s takings are one number whether the money arrived online or over the counter.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep access until the date you have paid through, and you can export everything on the way out. Cancelling takes one form and a typed confirmation — no phone call.
