Some customers need a document. A company car being detailed, a treatment being claimed on insurance, an accountant at the end of the quarter — and “I’ll email you something” is how a Friday evening disappears.
01 Five designs, your details
Clean, Classic, Compact, Bold or Ledger, with your logo, your business name, address and tax number. You see a real rendered preview of each rather than a description.
The design is structured rather than a block of HTML you have to maintain, so your details and the layout stay separate and nothing breaks when you change one.
02 The lines come from the appointment
What is on the invoice is what was sold: the service, extras, products, discounts, tax and anything paid. It is generated from the appointment’s own signed price lines, so it can never disagree with the booking behind it.
Numbers are sequential per business and printed on the document. An invoice raised months later still shows what the customer agreed to at the time.
03 Sent, downloaded, or handed over
Email it from the appointment, download it from the panel, or attach it automatically to a notification when a booking is paid.
The PDF is generated on demand from the document as it was sent, so what the customer received and what you can re-download are the same file.
