- Free means free. It is not a trial that expires into a bill, and we will not move a feature out of it and ask you to pay to keep using it.
- The trial
- Fourteen days with every feature switched on, no card required. When it ends you land on the free plan rather than losing access to your data.
- Paying
- Monthly or annually, by card or from your account balance. Annual is charged once and works out at ten months for twelve. Nothing renews without the date being visible to you first.
- Cancelling
- One form and a typed confirmation. You keep access until the date you have paid through, can export everything on the way out, and can resume in one click. There is no phone call and no retention maze — that is a deliberate decision, not an oversight.
- Your data
- It stays yours. Export it whenever you like, including on the way out.
- What we owe you
- A booking page that stays up and money that reconciles. When something breaks, we say so rather than waiting to be asked.
- What we ask
- Do not use it to send messages people did not ask for. Bulk unsolicited texting is the fastest way to lose a shared sender number for everybody using it.
