Build your own
The Custom tab is the full builder: an event, conditions, and ordered actions — emails, texts, WhatsApp, webhooks — with shortcodes for every detail of the booking ({customer_name}, {appointment_number}, {google_meet_url} and dozens more).

Texts and credits
SMS can ride our pool (per-segment credits, topped up under Billing) or your own Twilio account. Every send is logged with its outcome under the delivery log.
Worth knowing
- Emails arrive inside your branded shell automatically — business name up top, your contact details in the footer.
- Customers are written to in their own language: notifications follow the language they booked in.
