Grooming is priced by the animal, and the animal is not standardised. The same full groom is ninety minutes on a terrier and half a day on a doodle, and a single price for both is a price that is wrong twice.
Groom and bath arrive priced by size, so the quote matches the dog rather than the average dog.
A four-hour groom is only offered where it fits, so it cannot be booked at four o’clock.
Ask for the breed, temperament and anything you need to know as part of booking, so the first you hear of it is not when the van arrives.
